Communications & Recruiting Coordinator

Ricardo Rodriguez is the Senior Communications and Recruiting Coordinator for The Office of Career Services at Golden Gate University School of Law. His primary responsibilities include supporting the department's use of data, employer outreach, and career development efforts, along with updating and publishing job opportunities online and in-house. Ricardo also manages OCS's social media sites as well as the GGU Law Career Symplicity account, coordinates spring and summer recruitment sessions, and assists with event planning. Other responsibilities include designing print and electronic materials to promote recruiting and outreach programs for the Office of Career Services.

Prior to joining Golden Gate University, Ricardo worked for Redwood Healthcare Staffing as the Recruitment and Business Development Manager. With over 10 years of experience in recruiting and working with various employers in the greater Bay Area Ricardo brings a great sense of what it takes to build results-oriented relationships between employers and employees (students). Ricardo earned a Master's in Public Administration from California State University East Bay (Hayward), and a Bachelor in Mass Communication with an emphasis on Marketing and Public Relations.
