SKILLS FOR AN INCREASINGLY SPECIALIZED PROFESSION

Build skills in specific areas of the HRM field such as total compensation, learning and development, ethics, metrics and data, or employment law. The certificate can stand alone or build towards a master's degree in HRM. Courses are taught by HR professionals from companies and organizations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

Students work closely with advisors and faculty to select three courses from the entire graduate HRM curriculum that will help their career most — from such topics as Total Compensation, Learning and Development, Ethics, HR Metrics and Data, or Employment Law.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This Graduate Certificate requires the completion of three courses and proficiencies, which must be satisfied before the certificate courses can be completed.
