Top Ranked LLM Programs

For over three decades, GGU Law's LLM in Taxation program has boldly lighted the way for individuals pursuing careers in taxation, estate planning, and elder care law. Since the ranking system began, our LLM in Taxation continually ranks among the top 10 nationwide1, the best LLM in Taxation program on the West Coast, and it is consistently listed in The Recorder's "Best LLM Programs in California." Now, GGU Law is proud to announce that it will offer an LLM in Estate Planning, Trust, & Probate Law, the only LLM of its kind in the Western United States. In addition to the quality of our LLM programs, each is competitively priced, and scholarships are available.

Both the LLM in Taxation and the LLM in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law require completion of 24 units, or both degrees may be obtained by completing a total of 34 units of the required courses from each program. JD students from any ABA approved law school may credit up to 12 units of qualifying courses toward these LLM degrees, making it possible to complete either graduate law program in just one semester. Finally, many of our LLM classes are offered in the evening to accommodate working professionals.

You may also earn your LLM in Taxation and a certificate in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law concurrently. Similarly, those enrolled in the LLM in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law may earn their certificate in Taxation.

Sarah Yohay Eaquinto
"The LLM in Tax program sincerely elevated my career in the San Francisco tax community. The professors brought theoretical and practical components to the classroom by relating the material to their professional experiences. I've established a close circuit of friends and colleagues through the vast and active alumni, and I grow professionally every day as a result."
