Members of GGU's giving societies are the university's most loyal donors and play a key role in helping today's students become successful professionals. Society members are recognized in GGU's annual honor rolls and receive important updates on the University through GGU's alumni magazine and newsletters.
Lifetime Giving Societies
Lifetime Giving Societies recognize individuals, foundations and corporations whose cumulative giving to GGU exceeds $50,000.
FOUNDERS' SOCIETY ($1,000,000 or more)
The Founders' Society recognizes lifetime giving of $1,000,000 or more. These donors have made a major commitment to GGU's future and have helped transform the educational experience of our students, impacting their success and ability to contribute to society.
GOLDEN GATE SOCIETY ($500,000 -- $999,999)
The Golden Gate Society honors lifetime giving of $500,000 to $999,999. These donors also support major initiatives that strengthen the university to serve future generations of students.
LEADERSHIP SOCIETY ($250,000 -- $499,999)
The Leadership Society recognizes lifetime giving of $250,000 to $499,999 that helps fund a range of projects designed to maximize students' GGU education.
CENTENNIAL SOCIETY ($100,000 -- $249,999)
The Centennial Society honors donors who have given a total of $100,000 to $249,999 supporting the university's growth and sustainability.
TOWER SOCIETY ($50,000 -- $99,999)
The Tower Society recognizes donors who have contributed $50,000 to $99,999, creating educational access and support for our students.
ANNUAL GIVING SOCIETIES
Annual Giving Societies recognize individuals, foundations and corporations whose gift to GGU in current fiscal year was $1,000 or more.
PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE
Honors donors who have made an annual gift of $25,000 or more to support the university's high priority programs.
DEANS' CIRCLE
Recognizes donors who have made an annual gift of $10,000 to $24,999 to help update and strengthen GGU's curriculum to meet changing marketplace needs.
GATEWAY CIRCLE
Honors donors who make an annual gift of $5,000 to $9,999, offering GGU the flexibility to address its highest priorities.
PARTNERS' CIRCLE
Recognizes donors who make an annual gift of $2,500 to $4,999 to help expand student opportunities.
AMBASSADORS' CIRCLE
Honors donors who make an annual gift of $1,000 to $2,499, helping GGU to provide a foundation for student's success.
LEGACY GIVING SOCIETIES
Bridge Society
The Bridge Society recognizes individuals who are providing for future generations of GGU students by including the university in their estate plans.
SILVER SOCIETY
Members of the Silver Society are the university's most loyal supporters and have made philanthropy a personal priority by giving annually to Golden Gate University for 25 or more years.
