Formerly a professional actor and producer, Adjunct Professor Goldstein is a founding partner of Goldstein Gellman Melbostad & Harris, LLP, a San Francisco firm specializing in business and real estate transactions and litigation, bad faith law, employment discrimination, and probate.

Professor Goldstein was the founding president of The Mediation Society, an association of professional mediators; and is a mediation panelist for the United States District Court Northern District. He has taught Alternative Dispute Resolution at GGU for several years. His class is interactive, participatory, and geared toward students who want to become skilled real life negotiators, advocates in mediation, and mediators.
