    An Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University since 2003, Paul Zamolo joined the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in 1985. He has held numerous positions with the Office including Associate Area Counsel (Small Business/Self-employed Division)and Deputy Regional Counsel (Tax Litigation). Paul is currently Associate Area Counsel (Large Business & International) and a national coordinator for the Son of Boss tax shelter project. Paul received his AB (Economics) and MPP (Public Policy) from the University of California at Berkeley. He received his JD from Boalt Hall School of Law in 1980 and is a member of the California State Bar. He currently teaches Federal Tax Procedure and Taxation of Real Estate in the LLM (Taxation) program.
