Merri A. Baldwin is a partner at Chapman, Popik & White LLP whose practice focuses on issues of attorney conduct, including legal malpractice, ethics, disqualification, sanctions and State Bar disciplinary defense. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of San Francisco, is co-chair of the bar's Legal Malpractice section, and is a co-editor of the forthcoming book, Legal Malpractice: State by State being published by First Chair Press. Ms. Baldwin is lso a consulting editor for CEB's Fee Agreement Forms Manual, 2nd ed. She regularly speaks and writes on ethics and litigation issues.
